I could be completely off base but I thought she was Canadian? If she’s concerned enough about queer folk in the US to nag people to vote for biden, why doesn’t that same concern extend to queer people in Palestine?

It’s always just the fucking family guy meme.

Between this and the bizarre emphasis on the story about hamas (allegedly) killing a family and eating their dinner, I can only assume that they’re convinced that the average american regards food theft as some kind of especially hideous war crime.

I’m definitely not the person to ask but I’d be interested in this.

I know hexbear has had a book club before, though that may not be what you’re asking for. Maybe ask one of the mods about creating a resource page for basic readings, videos and audio recordings?

If you want an actual wiki you could also talk to the people at prolewiki but I’m pretty sure that’s ML only. It could be a decent example though. I know RedSails is popular here, so that may be a good place to start with reading material.

I’m pretty sure there was a programming community here as well and it might be worth a shot to crosspost it there as well.

Truly the gravest crime imaginable to the burgerbrain.

The way these ghouls casually talk about

CW: SA, violence

accusations of SA, child torture and murder

literal blood libel shit, then turn around and equivocate that to food crimes really reveals that none of this atrocity propaganda is real to them.

Thank you again, this was really helpful! It looks fine on my end now but I’ve obviously been wrong before.

It’s the same situation as the “Simpsons predicted the future” trope, the Onion just mocks US politics and it seems predictive in hindsight because so many things are either stagnant or accelerating.

This leans a little bit too hard on westerners having basic empathy imo. The rest of the world already tends to side with Palestine, that just hasn’t really helped them that much (so far).
