You heard it here first, leaflets is all you need to justify killing civilians on mass. Other countries were doing it wrong all along.
EU usually uses EU Solidarity Fund for natural disasters. Iβm not aware of any donations drives by people or humanitarian organizations live at the moment.

I was in the middle of the response when I remembered that itβs a common enough question that I can just link the article that will explain it better than me.
I stated my opinion and linked to the article that supports that assertion. If Russia was unhappy with that βclaimβ they could have refuted it by a simple image or video, which they didnβt do.

Lack of refuting from Russia is confirmation of that being the case in my eyes. If you need a detailed response from Russiaβs spokesperson, then there isnβt one.
This is the only program that I wasnβt able to find a good open source alternative. Stuck with using XYplorer.
Open source alternatives are either stuck in 1990 or lack basic features.
Companies are always crying that governments are interfering in their business, but when workers stand up for themselves, they beg the governments to intervene. Pathetic really.
