I live in the USA and that’s the perspective I can speak from. I can’t claim to know anything about Lithuania’s politics and culture, and I wouldn’t dare try. If I see someone say “in Canada…” it does make me pity them that they couldn’t consider any other country in the world with their insubstantial brains, so I do see where you’re coming from.
