Your endpoint team isn’t doing a good job.
The problem is IT (me included) had installed Adobe Pro for years apart of the image no matter what.
Then licensing became more of a pain, and we don’t really have a great way of telling if a user needs Pro or Reader.
Luckily with OS upgrades from 7 to 10 most of us fixed that and just made Reader available and Pro as a request.
I used to ride share drive part time. I don’t think there is anyone who does strictly Uber or strictly Lyft. You do both to get more money.

It’s becoming less and less relevant, but corporations need to get off of it. I work in the IT industry, and the MECM community is pretty active on it. I wish there would be an exodus to something else. Unfortunately Microsoft and their engineers still use it heavily.
