On one hand, I wish there were more options and competition in the laptop/smartphone form factor, but then again I also wouldn’t buy the OneXPlayer even the design does look interesting.

Did not know they had a 65% share in the US. They are pretty popular where I live, but people also earn a lot less than in the US

This is one nice monitor from a feature perspective and solid design for a gaming monitor as well.

Now we just need 8K content for this device.

Are Vaio laptops even a thing anymore? They had brand cache ~25 years ago, but haven’t seen one in the wild for what seems like decades.

I actually don’t mind the subscription model for content creators. I just wish Google (or any platform owner) would get a smaller cut due to a more competitive environment.

I wouldn’t say it is common, but it’s not unheard of (in hardware or software).

Although I guess they do see a lot of potential for this in the data centre with interconnects constantly being in the news as of late.

So this device will support both AR and VR?
