I use ruby whenever I need a script, it’s super easy to work with other commands in ruby IMO.

If you don’t want to migrate to Microsoft check out minetest/mineclone for a free and open source alternative.

Accessibility and internationalization first. A lot of projects start without it and tack it on later. It’s so much better to have good roots and promote diversity and inclusivity from the start.
