I tried it for a moment and had not reached conclusion.

I want my term to use ANSI color so that I can use tinted shell or base16 shell. AFAIR, it does not use ANSI colors.

For me, I am always excited about new things.

AFAIK, this is the first terminal written in zig and the author is famous.

There is #showcase channel on its discord server. One of those is Ghostty vs iTerm2 resizing by dragging and the former is “butter smooth” according to the poster.

I am waiting for the release.

Does it work with neovim?

According to this stackoverflow answer, it only works in Vim.

I migrated to Alacritty from Konsole. I use ANSI colors (for base16 terminal theme) and Konsole does not play nice. Before Alacritty, I tried Kitty and it had some problem with the font I want to use (PragmataPro I think). Wezterm is another terminal I tried as it uses lua for configuration. My general conclusion is ‘Alacritty is the most bare bone, uses least memory and suits my need’.

For Windows, I used to use cmder in the past. I use Windows Terminal and Putty (for portability) nowadays.

  • add alternative (like mini repo)

question

Bluehost is a shit company. They will make changes to your domain record and make everything broken.

My MX records were removed when I did not extend one of the hosting with them.
