Out of curiosity, which treaty is that? I’m not really sure how to find it myself.

Good question. I don’t remember them all either. Something about non-proliferation of missile technology above certain warhead sizes and range combinations (meaning they are capable to work as the carrier system for medium to long range nuclear or chemical weapons).
