Basically saying that lemmy and 4chan are the rivals of popular social media sites like reddit and X in terms of their policies and philosophies. The meme likens lemmy and 4chan to Guy Fawkes and V.

More V than fawkes, I would say. Pretty sure anonymous’ usage of the persona is more inline with the anti fascist rhetoric of v than the theocratic ideology of fawkes.
