Hopefully, you get banned for spam soon,

Why would I get banned for spam?

These are political news articles written by news orgs, and posted to a political news Lemmy community. That’s not “spam.” That’s called posting content that matches theme of the community.

Why would I get banned for spam?

Because you’ve posted 1200 posts or comments in two weeks, that’s about 10 an hour for 14 days straight. Almost all of those comments were multiple paragraphs. Making the exact same talking points and ignoring every time someone refutes you.

My comments are mostly in response to people commenting with me. It’s called having conversation. If someone doesn’t respond to me, then I don’t respond back.

I have posted MANY non-political articles, and this is not the only Lemmy community I post to.

And just because someone hasn’t changed my opinion, doesn’t mean that I am spamming or that I’m “ignoring every time someone refutes” me.

It’s called staying true to my convictions. You post your opinions, and I reply with mine. Then you reply with more of yours, and I reply with most of mine.

Nothing you have listed is defined as “spam” in any shape or form.

Do you realize that I post Libertarian third-party news too? And many would argue that libertarian candidates actually take votes AWAY from Trump and Republicans? What about my science articles? Or my education articles to education communities I moderate? Or my articles supporting unions and teachers?

Are you under the impression that I only post to c/poltics?!

I get it. You’re mad because I am not voting the same way as you. That’s ok. Diversity of opinion and thought is good, healthy even.

But I’m not spamming anything, and it’s uncivil for you to falsely accuse me of that.

And it’s awesome that you care about me so much that you look up how many articles I post. Unfortunately, I don’t feel as passionate about you, so I haven’t looked up your profile and I have no idea how many articles/comments you have posted.

You can be mad at me. But don’t make up stuff about me. Cool?

Is there some rule against being a fast typist?

Is there a word-count that you prefer that my replies be?

The word count I’d prefer from some users is zero.
