For those who donโt know, Martian solar eclipses suck compared to ours. The near equal relative size of the sun and moon to Earth is why we get such awesome eclipses.

Since our moon is moving away from us weโll have these sorts of eclipses in the future. The fact that weโre living at a time when theyโre the same apparent size is pretty amazing.
