I mean, that would be an extremely maladjusted behavior on the coworker’s part. It’s not like I write off the possibility of befriending or even talking to someone because they don’t consume my slop.

Yeah, i have been around people who like sports all my life and this is the go-to. Let’s them talk about the game, and gets me up to speed of a game I honestly don’t really care about, but that it’s nice that gets people excited about.
