Absolutely not. It’s not her fault. She’s the unfortunate casualty from the driver defending themselves from two attackers.

She was the wrong place at the wrong time. That’s all it is for her.

The two dudes who fell off the car on the other hand, FAFO

In the video, the car is reversing slowly when the driver starts getting punched and someone tries to get into his car. Then driver drove fast to get people off his car and stop the assault. Driving slow would not buck people off and end the assault. Per the article, the driver pulled over somewhere safe and it was not a hit and run.

If you have footage of before people mount the car, I may change my stance. But based on the information I have, my stance hasn’t changed
