Iβm trying really hard to be reducitarian so Iβll have something interesting to put in my Tinder bio but I canβt find any reducitarian recipes. :'( Iβm trying to eat 99.9% of the animal products I would normally eat (I have calculated that I wonβt be able to get enough protein otherwise) but I canβt find any recipes for this. So Iβm thinking that for now Iβll only eat reducitarian when I go out to restaurants that have reducitarian options labeled on the menu. After Iβm comfortable with that, I may try ordering extra cheese instead of bacon when I go to McDonaldβs. Iβm so proud to be going on this journey. ππ±
Edit: I noticed someone downvoted this post so I have made the difficult decision to stop being reducitarian. Itβs just too difficult & extreme to keep up this fringe lifestyle and I have noticed that I have a slight tummy ache so I think itβs just not right for my body. π But Iβm still reducitarian in spirit! Keep living your truth, everyone!
Have you tried replacing meat burgers with foie gras? It really puts the goose in your baby steps.
