It takes 10 minutes to properly get the right channel to finally talk to a human, and then the line is too busy, and instead of waiting, it hangs up on you.

I swear we’ve reached the point in IVR that if I’m calling you, it’s because I’ve tried to deal with it on my own and your website does not provide me with what I need.

We should speak to a human almost immediately.
