I’d be interested to know how big.a proportion of vsrious styles of pizza’s grease can actually be removed with a napkin.
Wouldn’t be surprised if some pepperoni pizzas release much more than 0.5% of their grease to pool on top.
Alternatively, I ate at a Cici’s the other day that didn’t have anything pooled on top but I bet if I’d squeezed a piece I could have cut the calorie count in half.
