Skilled athletes are entertaining to watch. Guys that know how fight and do it well, at least. It can be a highly technical, highly skilled competition. Some people are just there to watch two adults beat the piss out of each other. Which, to be fair, is how the sport started.
Same. Even the match before with the girls seemed like it was an incredible fight for boxing, and it was still just as entertaining as a rock ‘em sock ‘em robot game.
I can say at least I understand martial arts, even if it’s not my thing, because there’s so much artistry in that and it’s a full body thing whereas boxing is basically just too dudes punching each other.
