Same, I don’t understand how others can do it, I’ve tried forcing myself but no luck. I work in silence most of the time.

You might find better luck using atmospheric noises à la rain.today or Noice. They’ve been pretty helpful for me in some situations.
I’ll check out Noice, thank you for the recommendation! Not a big fan of rain sounds due to bad experiences, but certainly other white noise, and “ADHD” Playlists with no lyrics are really helpful for concentration sometimes.
