This was my initial reaction to the headline as well (and the other similar headlines that I’ve scrolled past recently), but then I actually read this one. Did you read it? It’s ultimately just a guy suggesting things, but it does actually sound like it could be legitimate. We can’t know without recounts but, if the statistics shared are true, it does seem suspicious
