I think liberals are also attempting to ban books nowadays, so that’s not a great point to raise.

That might be true if there was an actual unified left in the states. Theres not. So most leftist are unrepresented. You might also have a point if Democrats didn’t actually enact shit that helped the working class and allow you to be who you want, but they do so your point is moot.
