Don’t worry as long as your company isn’t making you worry about it. I just personally chose full remote, but the people who chose hybrid have probably done as you say or less. And even when they do come in for β€œCollaboration days”, they sit with us in a conference room.

I’m not going to make it an issue, but you’d fit in at my company. Then again we haven’t (And may never have) a mandatory RTO.
