“I’d like to give you a little bit of advice around the media…My strong advice and request to everybody is just don’t engage with the media. If you’re approached, I would recommend not responding and, if necessary, simply refer them to our own media organization.”

They’re spiraling, they dont know how to do damage control and are afraid this will spawn copycats. It should. If you want to be a dragon, dont complain when knights show up to slay you.

I have a feeling that this might be pushing any new shooters to start going after the rich. They end up being treated like hero’s and their names stick around. After all most just wanted the recognition.

Ugh fuck… if we see the same demographic shift, and those numbers finally stopping, are we supposed to celebrate this? Wtf are y’all teaching your kids about this? I teach mine that in spite of daddy’s successful career in capitalism, the wealthy are a whole other thing who want to take our shit, beat us down, and virtually enslave us, and one day the masses may get angry and eat the rich. I also teach violence is absolutely never okay except to survive or protect, and we never start fights but we always make sure to end them. So now it’s happening… Wtf do I say to him? I’m honestly asking for advice… clearly from my comment history today, I’m finally reading the social media here and processing…

That’s actually how it’s supposed to work. You don’t talk and you refer question askers to PR, HR, and lawyers. I’ve always been instructed this for any organization I worked for.

I worked in preclinical drug development and then another was marketing for child care. It was kind of the norm for everything, not just crisis.

I don’t remember the story well enough, but we may have to re-write the story of Sir Gawain and the Black Knight after this.

Wait I thought it was Gawain and the Green Knight, or is Gawain just an unlucky bastard.

I thought Gawain had to deal with both, like I said, I haven’t read those stories in decades

I’ve never in my entire life wanted something more than to see copycats going after the C-Suite of places that put profits over people, especially when they’re running a company that should not exist. Because then maybe… politicians will finally get some meaningful reforms. Because they sure as hell don’t care about dead kids. Thoughts and prayers!!!
