Today, we bid farewell to our kind and beloved neighbor, Rami, my husband’s friend, who was martyred by an airstrike while sitting at the door of his house in northern Gaza with his friend. He had no political ties, he was simply a Gaza citizen. They were targeted by a Zanana missile. Despite the great pain his loss has caused us, we know that Rami is in a place of honor with Allah. Please pray for his mercy and forgiveness, and for us to have patience in this difficult time.

All my condolences to you and your families. I know what it feels like to lose someone close, and yet I can only imagine losing them in such a way, or in such a terrible context. May Rami’s memory be a blessing to you.
