If you have chopped chilies in the hours before sex, wash your hands extremely well!

General tip for handling peppers. The spicy component is an oil. Dry fingers like ones that have just been washed absorb oil and thus spice.

After washing and before cutting rub a drop of olive oil on you fingers. This can greatly reduce the amount of spicy your fingers absorb. Or use gloves.
