Painfully accurate. All I keep hearing from my boss is, “We’re falling behind. Everybody else is already capitalizing on AI and we’re not.” If I ask what our competitors are using it for then it becomes clear they aren’t. It’s the other companies at conferences that he’s comparing us to, with use cases that aren’t even in our industry.
