I hope not many other leagues follow suit. When done right and implemented correctly and used properly it isn’t that much of a barrier to the game and can get rid of a goal being scored when they’re offside or checking a handball. That being said most places it isn’t done “properly” or effectively. I’ve basically stopped watching most English games because the outcomes are jokes at this point because almost every single game a pen or red or some horrendously bad decision is given when everyone can clearly see otherwise.
