It wouldnāt surprise me even a tiny bit if this woman moaned that the local council didnāt clean up that area whilst also voting for right wing cost cutting governments.
The Parks Department supervisors are definitely aware of her for that reason. I even made the effort with them to call attention to it and the fact that sheās pulling out so much debris every day. The same NIMBY bloc sheās a part of also wants to reserve that lake for fishing despite the fish being inedible due to pollution from the road next to it. The only thing separating the two- get this shit, this shitās wild- is a bike lane.
