I take it you’re not, for example, trans. Because it sure is a top concern for them considering the administration wants to end their existence by any means necessary, so maybe it should be for you. At least I hope aiding in genocide would be a top concern of yours.

My main concern is the misdiagnosis of illness and mispescription of drugs. That will kill people as a primary effect. Malappropriation of data will have hugely negative secondary effects, yes and for everyone with any medical record.
My priority is about how immediate and irreversible the issues are (death). Not about the validity of the concern.
