Because it’s brand new and will eventually federate. The developer is deep in the fediverse so 100% it will

I disagree. Anybody that joins Loops right now is forced to the one instance. That’s not federation. That’s not an issue for you. Which is valid. But you don’t get to police those who don’t share your view.

They’ve done federation on a few test posts, but it’s definitely not there yet for normal users to use.
