Your doctor stared at you as if they were going to throw back a couple more vicodin?
Did you embed that image manually or did you use a graphical editor?
Iโm asking because Iโm seeing more and more seemingly empty posts, and just now Iโm noticing that thereโs an image there, but the URL is wrong. Yours points to my home instance, but of course the image doesnโt exist there: https://sopuli.xyz/api/v3/image_proxy?url=https%3A%2F%2Fy.yarn.co%2Fcc4c71fc-cacd-44f6-aaaf-9aa5d757fb35_text.gif
Iโm assuming that https://y.yarn.co/Fcc4c71fc-cacd-44f6-aaaf-9aa5d757fb35_text.gif is the correct link, but that gives
<Error>
<Code>NoSuchKey</Code>
<Message>Key not found</Message>
</Error>
Their image link goes to a site that has a barrier between the link and the image (a cloudflare โare you humanโ captcha), so the embedded image does not properly load unless you actually go to the link in a browser.
Only a direct link with nothing else around it actually works when embedded into a reply, otherwise itโs blank/a broken image icon. Imgur links tend to be the same way unless you make damn sure you have the true, direct URL for the image.

Personally, I find it best to just save and reupload the image to Lemmy. Guaranteed to work for everyone.
The first F after the domain belongs to the %2 and has to be removed from your result.
When faced with a furry, a fistful of Vicodin really is the only viable coping mechanism.
I really wish this โhaha furries badโ joke would just die already. Itโs not funny, even ironically.
