Regardless of how you feel regarding the war, this is especially pointless. Without third party confirmation and on site investigation no honest body will ever accept the results from the Ukrainian government.
This is really the basics of trust, Ukraine has every incentive to say Russia is doing war crimes, just like the opposite is true.
