Reason: Mis or disinformation. These numbers are not correct.
Seeing how you found such evidence, feel free to provide it, or it didn’t happen.
From Wikipedia:
In many countries, suicide rates are underreported due to social stigma, cultural or legal concerns.[3] Thus, these figures cannot be used to compare real suicide rates, which are unknown in most countries.
China Asia 6.7
North Korea Asia 8.2
South Korea Asia 21.2
And it didn’t list numbers for Taiwan
I don’t want to be accused of fudging the numbers. Everyone here is capable of using a search engine and exploring one of many helpful websites that tracks suicide rates around the world.
The interesting thing you’ll find is which of the two countries OP fudges the numbers on even tho their “point” wouldn’t need the help.
Now I’m even less convinced that you actually did “a quick search on google.”
Wikipedia seems to back up these stat’s. Though as someone that has discussed this topic with Chinese nationals several times, their number seems artificially low.
