I feel like a version of this guide gets reposted weekly, but it’s always out of date.

u/theFallenWalnut over on that other site updates these regularly.

They also now link to !purchasewithpurpose@lemmy.world but I don’t see anything posted there. Maybe a better place to start reposting these

Yeah but still I rather use a company like spotify than companies from a fascist country. And spotify replaced youtube for me which I lately mainly used to watch veritasium which is now also available on spotify (even without the in-video ads).

I had the same reaction. But apparently it does. I guess because they realized there is no real alternative to youtube.
