Wishful thinking says he’ll get the best lawyer money can buy. Reality says that the internet just paid a lawyer very well for Luigi to still spend the rest of his life behind bars.

Considering how hard they are trying to murder him, life in prison would be a step up. However, my wishful thinking is that his lawyer and their team will rip the prosecution’s case to shreds.

If - and a big one at that - there is any semblance of justice left in our country, all Luigi and his team have to do is provide reasonable doubt.

The arresting officers did a pretty good job at destroying their own case against him by the litany of procedural errors and sketchy chain of custody.

So either they were so sloppy they made it look like their guilty suspect was framed, or they just sloppily framed him.
