I’ll let my transplant team know it wasn’t new lungs I needed, and three people’s worth of blood and six months in ICU and three weeks on ECMO, it was just light I was lacking… silly me!

I’ve heard if you expose your perineum to the sun, it maximizes the benefit (and your odds of ass cancer).
