β€œOur new video editor” in the OP is using the exclusive meaning of β€œour,” meaning it belongs to the speaker and some other people but not the person being spoken to, meaning that the person being spoken to would not also call it β€œour editor” but instead β€œyour editor”. In the third person, it is β€œtheirs,” not β€œours,” because it is not held in common among the people.
