Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov invited Ukrainian parents to “collect their children” taken from Ukraine amid the ongoing war.

And as a parent I would be sceptical if I am safe collecting the children.

Parents will do almost anything in order to be able to be with their children again, no matter how unsafe. That’s one of the reasons this is so messed up.
