Azerbaijan ethnic cleansed the armenians from karabagh, there wasn’t a genocide.

You are correct about this, as what Azerbaijan did does not meet the UN definition of genocide. But I don’t think that was the point they were making.

They do. For geopolitical reasons there’s that not much done about that, but the US did for example shoot down a Turkish drone recently. .

It’s also important to distinguish here. The West considers the PKK to be a terrorist organization as well. It’s the YPG where opinions with Turkey differ.
