Best way to glue a magnetic strip?

Why are you putting a magnet in a card. Won’t that mess up the data stored on the card while being read by the magswipe machine

The magnetic strip is what holds the info on the card. 🤦‍♂️

OP: Is there any reason you can’t just get a new one issued?

This is a non-recharghable magnet paper card from the Bucharest Metro Its just curiosity, I took the strip from a good card, sticked it to aother good one but it wasnt strong enough. Thinking about trying it again when im in Bucharest 1 month later

My assumption is they were putting a second seperateagnet on the card to stick it to a fridge or some other metal thing…hence my comment🤦‍♂️
