hello wonderful folks, I have a Ducky One 2 SF and recently my Tab and Esc key stopped working. I’ve taken the keyboard apart (as much apart can be taken without de-soldering the switches) and cleaned it all out. The switch itself works (verified using a multi meter and shorting the pins in the back with a screwdriver) however the signal isn’t sent to the computer. I’ve verified using a keyboard tester website to verify that every other key is registering except these 2. Anyone run into something similar?

I reached out to ducky and got no response back. I’m out of warranty so no warranty replacement. I think a new keyboard is in my future. Thanks for your help.

That’s a shame. If you want a really solid board without going down the custom rabbit hole, I will always recommend Keychron. Their V series boards are really good for the price.
