Is there any mastodon alternative AP microblogging platform with support of RSS feed of my account like lemmy and peertube have such options

I not talking about rss feed of userpage I am taking about feed of my timeline which contains all posts of people I follow.

Like rss feed of this page.

there is an open request for this, but seems that not being actively worked on: https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/issues/18601
