I know gyroscope aiming definitely helps and makes things better. But you’re delusional if you think it even somewhat closes the mile long gap between kb+m vs joystick. Games like Fortnite matchmaking based off of input device so hopefully they do something like that.

The sensor quality is at a deficit and the arm biomechanics likely are not a full match for those of mouse aiming in terms of range between the smallest and largest motions possible, but just the fact that gyro aiming uses absolute tracking of motions as mice do and is able to do microadjustments and flicks puts it much closer to the capabilities of mouse aiming than to stick aiming.

Tell me you’ve never played a competitive shooter without telling me lol. I’d love you to show me the best gyro aiming player and see how they compare to kb+m players. It’s not even close to being comparable, and any competitive player would laugh at that
