But I feel abortion magically becoming a state issue is the best example since the Supreme Court made that decision despite established “stare decisis” doctrine, AND the fact that the last time we had a big disagreement about “states rights” it lead to a fucking Civil War. (According to the GOP that war was about states rights after all.)
