Some people change their socks every single day, to me that’s a little to much. I’m more of a 2-3days kinda guy. Is changing socks each day absolutely necessary?

Edit: Obviously something is wrong with me, I’ll take some time to rethink my life decisions and buy more socks! 😅 Edit2: I mostly wear wool socks, I hope that justifies this a bit…

Yeah, that’s half a litre of salty water soaking into your socks and shoes. I find that hard to believe

I mean, you could have easily searched “how much do feet sweat per day” and verified this yourself.

But ok, here’s one of hundreds of the results from podiatry clinics that say roughly the same thing.

Yes, an article written by a podiatrist, peer reviewed by a podiatrist, and completely cites their credentials, sources, and reference materials.

Just because you don’t think it’s credible, doesn’t make it not credible.
