I forgot the context of “Guillermo del Toro made a Pinnochio movie” with regards to why in the fuck Sam has a ventriloquist dummy in Death Stranding 2. Now it makes perfect sense.

I have no idea if it is but it looks a bit like game developer Josef Fares who also does movie like games and wears a lot of leather jackets.
