- Oppress people until they get violent
- Be surprised when oppressed people get violent
- Kill as many as you can get away with
- Say the oppressed people can’t be trusted and take their land as a buffer zone or to punish them or whatever
- Oppress them some more until they get violent again, so you can kill more and take their land

Sadly, this seems to be accurate. The Israeli people are being sacrificed by their own government in order to justify the annihilation of the Palestinian people.
