Sometimes clicking on a thumbnail will download the image/video.

Is there a reason why clicking on a post image will immediately cause it to download? This is making me nervous to click on anything.

In my experience it happens when a web server is misconfigured. Sometimes it’s desirable behavior, sometimes not.
