So I’m no fan of cryptocurrencies, and I’m dismayed at how many crypto wallet crap apps are in the main F-droid repo. Between the environmental and social effects of cryptocurrency, I think it at least would warrant an antifeature flag.

I’ve looked in vain for apps that allow me to at least filter out keywords or categories that I don’t care about in the first place, but no luck.

Is there a general purpose repo with regular updates that also won’t promote cryptocurrency by hosting apps for that purpose?

Do you understand how hard it is to maintain a repo? FOSS have a giant problem with lack of maintainers and you demand a separate repo just because you don’t need a specific kind of apps? If it’s so hard to look at app feed that includes few crypto bullshit apps, you can always create your own repo that just duplicates all of what f-droid does, just excluding crypto.
