The name “plus” immediately made me think of subscriptions.

I would rather they name it NASA Explore, NASA More, NASA Now…

The name was certainly poorly chosen. My first reaction was exactly the same, with additional disappointment at this being NASA, who I always considered benign in making their science, missions etc. available.

It’s the Federal government… by law, everything they make is required to be Public Domain.

If they tried to charge for this, I’d be more than “disappointed.” I’d be pissed and calling my Congressman to complain!
