This was a law they knew about from day one, right? Don’t the people who run this circus claim to be professionals? Sorry, folks, but incompetence isn’t a valid excuse. It isn’t “unreasonable” to demand that you comply with the law. If you have to pull a few all-nighters because of your own poor planning, that’s just too bad.

It’s not like anyone wants that word for anything else. It’s just a play on onomatopoeia that some marketing company made up ages ago because it was easy to search.
Nobody will be confused by the term, and it’s not like twitter is going to do anything terribly relevant from here on out except spiral into the ground. To the extent it matters to history, that’s what people will remember it as.
Ugh, if “Truth” Social goes under, all the deplorables will crawl back to Twitter. And Muskrat will roll out the red carpet for them.
They can only hope that some of them are not smart enough to understand this “Twitter is now X” stuff and get confused. Or misunderstand it as some kind of “democrat plot” against their “freedumb”.
